ConversionRelay provides automated SMS follow-up services, messaging workflows, appointment booking tools, request tracking, and related business services for contractors and home service businesses.

No Guarantee of Results

While ConversionRelay is designed to improve response times and booking rates, we do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue increases, appointment volume, or customer acquisition outcomes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information and for activities occurring under your account.

SMS Communications

By submitting information through our website, you may consent to receive calls and text messages from ConversionRelay regarding your request, account, or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, software, designs, and materials provided by ConversionRelay are the property of ConversionRelay or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of third-party services.

Disclaimer

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for business reasons.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Pilot Program

ConversionRelay may offer a free pilot program to select contractors for a period of 30 days. Pilot participants receive full access to the Growth plan at no cost in exchange for providing honest feedback and, where applicable, a testimonial. After the pilot period, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription. Pilot participants are entitled to locked-in pricing for the life of their account as long as their subscription remains active.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@conversionrelay.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from the start of the subscription term.

Data Processing

When contractors use ConversionRelay to send SMS messages to their customers, ConversionRelay acts as a data processor on behalf of the contractor. Contractors are responsible for ensuring they have obtained appropriate consent from their customers prior to sending SMS messages through the ConversionRelay platform. ConversionRelay processes customer data solely to provide the contracted services and does not use contractor customer data for its own marketing purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
